WHAT IS BOOM?

BOOM is an acronym which stands for ‘Bits On Our Minds.’ It is a one-day showcase of student efforts, projects and creativity in digital and technological applications. Although BOOM is sponsored by the computer science department, we welcome examples of student work from disciplines throughout Cornell University. Tentative date for BOOM: 3/6/03

GUIDELINES FOR LOGO DESIGN CONTEST

- submit as .jpg or .gif

- 300 dpi or greater

- full-color design preferred

- no larger in size than 3” x 5”

- design should promote scientific exploration & excitement

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

October 11^th is the last day to submit logo designs. All

entries must be sent via email to andrea@cs.cornell.edu.

THE WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY OCTOBER 18^th, and will walk

away with this 20GB Windows compatible iPod.
